The current-absorbing screwing system – TQ-CC x7 series consisting of controller and brushless tools (pistol, angle and straight) allows complete programming of the tightening process.

The current-absorbing tightening system – TQ-series- CC X7 Torque IQ from Airtechnology enables the highest quality of the tightening process .

The Torque IQ torque-angle screwingsystem is the result of a technical andeconomic analysis with the aim of making the use of advanced systems accessible to any level of industrial application, containing costs without renouncing the most advanced technologies.

Within the performance parameters, combined controllers and tools guarantee precise and reliable clamping in relation to the different requirements of the clamping process set: torque, speed, rotation time and direction of rotation can be adjusted via user-friendly controllers.

The brushless TQ-CC X7 series relies on servo control technology to ensure that torque accuracy is controlled within a standard deviation of +/- 3%.

The TQ-CC system is reliable and accurate during each clamping process and is able to record all parameters in real time.

All TQ-CC models can be interfaced with the TQ-CC X7 controller, providing flexibility in parameterisation and reliability of the clamping process.

Integrated torque and angle measurements can:

  • realise precise control and monitoring of the tool during each clamping process;
  • record all important parameters of the clamping process;
  • ensure maximum precision.
