The Airtechnology NX01 test bench is the device designed by Airtechnology for testing and calibrating tools such as torque wrenches, electronic, hydraulic pulse and torque wrenches. Thanks to the use of rotary transducers for torque and angle, combined with mechanical joint simulators, the NX01 is the ideal solution not only for machine control but also for process control and in-line joint analysis.

The heart of the system for control system is the new proprietary Trace MAKER software.

New calibration bench Airtechnology – for calibration of tools and torque wrenches

The new calibration bench NX01 from Airtechnology is the instrument designed by Airtechnology for the monitoring and calibration of tools such as cordless screwdrivers with clutch, electronic, pulse and hydraulic torque wrenches.

The new bench is equipped with:

Handle for steering the trolley with motorised wheel drive control (optional)
17 inch touch-screen for management of the software in real time
Transducer mounting plate (3) configurable with static or rotary transducers.
Keyboard that slides away
Control panel for:
– power
– status of the battery
– transducers switch
– raise/lower
– transducers (optional)
Self-propelled handling trolley for improved ergonomics
