The electronic screwdriver with transducer and controller in combination guarantee precise and reliable tightening in relation to the different requirements of the tightening process set: torque, speed, rotation time and direction of rotation can be adjusted by means of the user-friendly controller.
The brushless series TQ-TR X7 is based on servo control technology to ensure that the accuracy torque is controlled to within a standard deviation of +/- 3%. 3%.
Thanks to the built-in torque transducer and angle resolver , the TQ-TR system is reliable and precise during every tightening process and is able to record all parameters in real time.
All TQ-TR models can be interfaced with the TQ-TR-X7 controller for parameterisation flexibility and clamping process reliability.
Integrated torque and angle measurements can:
