Education and Training, in terms of sharedknowledge, are determined factors in the completion of any successful sales process.
Training and education for Airtechnology are an integral part of a normal start-up process: the correct knowledge of the motivations that lead to a solution has a fundamental role for theautonomy and correct use of the various solutions , whether they are based on simple technologies (tools pneumatic and cordless) or more complex technology( torque angletools, customised workstations).
Normally carried out at the end of the installation phases, and only after the installed system has been proven to be working properly, training plays a fundamental role in the learning of the operators in charge of the normal operation of the system.
The diversification of the training according to the type of system installed, the daily routine and the company roles are an integral part of the training. They include:
- OPERATIONAL TRAINING (aimed at line operators ) with the primary objective of instruction in day-to-day practical operations;
- PROGRAMMING TRAINING (aimed at programming staff) with the objective of training them in programming and optimising the required processes;
- FUNCTIONAL AND ANALYTICAL TRAINING (aimed at IT and infrastructure management personnel) aimed at training in data traceability management and system interfacing as well as signal exchange.
Upon request and in support of the operators in the various roles, Airtechnology offers remote assistance packages (where the technology of the system makes it possible) to accompany users up to complete autonomy of operation or whenever the situation requires the intervention of an expert.
