Lerning and Training are factors determined for the completion of each sales process. Airtechnology has always included among its activities such factors as fundamental cornerstones for the complete efficiency of the proposed solution.
Forming part of a normal strat-up process, training and training play a fundamental role in the autonomy and correct use of the various solutions whether they are based on simple technologies (pneumatic and cordless tools) or more complex technology (torque tools). / corner, custom workstations)
Normally carried out at the end of the installation phases and only at the end of a proven operation of the installed system, the training plays a fundamental role for the learning by the operators in charge of using the normal operating activities of the plant.
The diversification of training according to the type of system installed, daily life and corporate roles are an integral part of the training. Training is in fact planned:
- operational (aimed at line operators) having as their primary objective the education to everyday life of practical operations
- of programming (aimed at personnel in charge of programming) having as their objective the training in programming and the optimization of the required processes
- functional and analytical (aimed at IT and infrastructure management personnel) with the aim of educating on the management of data traceability and the interfacing of systems rather than the exchange of signals
each of which determines part of the efficiency of the proposed solution.
Upon request and in support of the operators in charge of the different roles, Airtechnology offers remote assistance packages (where the plant technology makes it possible) to accompany users up to complete autonomy of operation or whenever the situation requires the intervention by an expert.
