1. Scope

1.1. This page contains our privacy policy (‘Privacy Policy’) and explains how we use and protect the personal data of users (‘Users’) of this website www.airtechnology.it (‘Site’).
1.2. This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the Site managed by Airtechnology (‘AIR’) and does not apply to other websites visited by Users through links on the Site.
1.3. This Privacy Policy complies with the requirements of Article 13 of Regulation No. 679/2016/EU (General Data Protection Regulation – ‘GDPR’).

3. Methods of processing. Communication of personal data.

3.1. Personal data relating to the services provided on the Website are processed by paper and electronic means by AIR staff (technical staff) expressly authorised or by Data Processors expressly appointed by AIR. Personal data are stored on servers owned by AIR located in Italy. None of the information derived from web services is transmitted or communicated to third parties acting as independent data controllers.
3.2. We will not disclose your personal data to any third party that intends to use it for direct marketing purposes, unless Users have been specifically informed and have given their consent.
3.3. We may disclose your personal data to:
1. a) companies within the AIR group;
2. b) AIR service providers;
3. c) other third parties as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger or transfer of assets; public authorities and bodies for legal and tax purposes, or, where applicable, to protect the company, as well as AIR’s customers, staff or suppliers. In some cases, AIR may be required to disclose personal data in accordance with legitimate orders from public authorities and to meet national security requirements or comply with legal provisions.
3.4. In the cases referred to in paragraphs a), b) and c), the recipients referred to in paragraph 3.3. must comply with our privacy and security requirements and may not use the personal data we disclose to them for purposes other than those set out in this Privacy Policy.
3.5. AIR will only process personal data in countries located within the European Economic Area and will not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area, unless such transfer is based on the principles set out in Articles 45-49 of the GDPR, including (a) the adoption of the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses; (b) in the presence of adequacy decisions adopted by the European Commission concerning the countries to which the Data are transferred; (c) binding corporate rules adopted by the AIRo Group by the Data Controllers and Data Processors designated by AIR, (d) consent, contractual obligations or other conditions set out in Article 49 of the GDPR.

4. Type of data processed: Navigation data, Cookies.

4.1. During normal operation, the computer systems and programmes involved in the operation of this Website acquire certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
4.2. The information in question is not collected to be associated with specific Users, but could, by its very nature, allow the identification of these Users as a result of processing and association with information held by third parties.
4.3. This category of information includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server’s response (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the User’s operating system and IT environment.
4.4. The above information is used exclusively for the purpose of (a) enabling Users to navigate the Site and use the Site’s features (technical cookies). 5. Data shared voluntarily by Users

5.1. The data collected by the Website also includes personal data voluntarily entered by the User. The optional, explicit or voluntary sending of emails and any other personal data to the addresses indicated on this Website and/or through the contact points indicated on the Website itself, involves the subsequent acquisition of the User’s email address (sender), which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message and/or in the contact points. Specific information will be progressively reported or displayed on certain pages of this Site and may be configured to provide specific services upon request.
5.2. In relation to the preceding paragraph, the personal data and information that will be processed by AIR, if sent voluntarily by the data subject, may be:
• first and last name;
• telephone number;
• email address;
• country;
• company name;
• any additional data or notes provided by the User.

6. Purposes and legal bases of processing

6.1. Personal data collected through the Site are used for the following purposes:
1. a) to allow Users to browse the Site and use its features (through technical cookies). In this case, the legal basis is the fulfilment of the terms and conditions of use of the Website;
2. b) to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website (through analytical cookies). In this case, the legal basis is the legitimate interest of AIR;
3. c) to respond to requests from Users sent by email and/or through the contact points indicated on the Website. In this case, the legal basis relating to the User’s request is based on the need to execute a contract to which the data subject is party or to execute pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject;
4. d) sending newsletters containing information material from AIR. In this case, the legal basis is the free consent of Users;
5. e) the collection and processing of data by AIR for marketing purposes. In this case, the legal basis is the free consent of Users.
6.2. The retention of data for processing operations carried out through cookies is indicated in the Cookie Policy.
6.3. For the purposes of paragraph 6.1, letter c) above, personal data will be retained for the time necessary to respond to Users’ requests.
6.4. In relation to paragraph 6.1, letters d) and e), personal data will be retained until consent is withdrawn (except in the event of disputes, requests from competent authorities or applicable legal provisions).

7. Users’ rights

7.1. Users may exercise the following rights at any time and at no cost, as specified in the GDPR:

9. i) the right to portability (i.e. the right to receive an electronic copy of the data and the right to transmit such personal data to another data controller);
10. j) the right to restriction of processing;

8.1. Please check the date of the latest version at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will in any case be available at the time of their publication on our website. If we make significant changes to this Privacy Policy that extend our rights to use personal data that we have already collected from Users, we will notify them and allow them to make a choice regarding our future processing activities.
