The BWL system represents the evolution of “POKA YOKE” type monitoring (error-proof system)
Thanks to the screw counting function and the exchange of signals with the assembly line, any possible forgetting of screws is eliminated and the counting data is traced, alongside all the processes in an advanced manner where high precision tightening with torque and angle systems is not required .
The BWL system is applicable to all cordless systems of the BAMASON line and supports up to 7 tools simultaneously.
