Static Torque Transducers – MTX Series

MTX static transducers are low-torque sensors designed for calibrating and testing small hand-held screwdrivers, torque wrenches and power tools.

Static torque transducers are static torque sensors that are an ideal solution for torque measurement in applications where accuracy and reliability are paramount.

It can be used to test torque in real time or to check the starting torque (first movement) of screwdrivers.

MOUNTZ’s MTX series is ideal for calibrating and testing small hand-held screwdrivers, torque spanners and power tools. Thanks to their compact design, these calibration instruments can be used for automated applications within robot cells.

The measurement of micro-torque is done through the use of torque analysers (PTT or LTT series) and suitably sized joint simulators: the combination of the 2 makes it possible to monitor the torque delivered by the tool. The reference joint simulators for this series are the MiniRDA.

MOUNTZ MTX series static transducers read the torque value from 0.7 to 11.3 cNm, for higher torques the reference series is the BMX series.
