Description

• They are a simple device for assisting vertical movements; assist the operator’s movement input in a uniform manner, eliminating the weight. The regulation of the air pressure guarantees the operator maximum efficiency according to the load to be moved and ergonomics for a precise position in the movements.
DESCRIPTION: The pneumatic balancing devices can be divided according to the type of control:
BW: basic unit, without control
Features: No control
Standard functionality of pneumatic balancers
ZA: pneumatic balancing with suspension control
Features: Ergonomic suspension control handle with up / down push-button switch Precise and high-speed positioning 3.7 m (12 feet) double pre-wired cable included
BA: pneumatic balancing machines with servocontrol
Features: Single balancer control for single load balancing
EA: high load pneumatic balancing machines, with low load, without load control
Features: Load balancing for three loads Pendant with rotary switch to select the load 12 m (3.7 m) of standard tube length

Applications

Ideal for ergonomically supporting any type of line pick and place movement or manual handling also combined with specific gripping and handling equipment

Strengths

• Precise and tear-free positioning – The weight cancellation system leaves both hands free to lift, lower or move the load with virtually no resistance; no more “hit-and-miss” detection of lifting control
• Simple adjustment: free access to the air flow calibration controls allows easy adjustment of weight cancellation
• Robustness – suitable for continuous use with minimal maintenance
• Low air consumption – Required approximately 1/8 cfm per cycle (one fiftieth of that of a hoist) with consequent very low energy costs
• Clean and oil-free operation: the self-lubricating materials eliminate the use of air lubrication units, making the pneumatic balancers ideal also for use in the food industry as well as in production
