Mountz’s RDA spring-loaded coupling simulators are specially designed accessories to reproduce the working conditions of a low torque screwdriver or impact wrench.
In combination with the EZ-Torq III torque reader, it can provide consistent and reliable torque readings, reducing the impact of irregular peaks that cause poor repeatability by allowing the screwdriver to be calibrated.
Mountz’s spring-loaded RDA joint simulators are ideal for use with all mechanical, pneumatic or brusless clutch screwdrivers applying torques up to 16 Nm.
