A leading customer in the MVI sector involved us in a project to develop a manual tightening system for securing a critical safety component on a van chassis.

Creation of a complete workstation with:

• ELECTRONIC TORQUE WRENCH: Operator Plus 200, with torque range from 20 to 200 Nm. Watch the video
• RIGHT WAY: software for assembly, operator guidance and process control. Specifically integrated to meet customer requirements for data management and exchange on the company platform, assisting integration activities directly with the platform manufacturer.
• WIRELESS PRINTER: for lean production printing, we have a printer capable of printing on adhesive thermal rolls, which can be positioned anywhere on the work island as required.

• Certainty of torque pairs at all points. Reworking due to the replacement of incorrectly tightened components has been reduced by 85%.
• Traceability of the entire process.
• Simple and intuitive management of the work stages for the operator. Errors due to incorrect interpretation of the process and the phases of work have been reduced by 90%.
• Ease of use thanks to a single system for managing the assembly phases.
