Ideal for use on workstations on the bench, the Handy Flex series offers a wide range in terms of range of reaction torque (35-500 Nm) and fixing (see options in the catalog) making it the only essential accessory really flexible to enslave the workstation. The different anchoring and handling options of the Handy Flex series guarantee the operator maximum precision in the assembly phase, while the wide range of accessories allows their use with any type of tool. The Handy Flex arms can also be equipped with position sensors up to 3 motion axes and, as for the CA series, they have numerous Filebus interfaces that allow their integration directly by customers on proprietary platforms.
The Handy Flex series can also be offered by us in a single solution (turnkey) together with our own software RIGHT WAY and the sensor management module, becoming as well as an indispensable tool for the control of the tightening process also manager of the different phases of assembly with the certainty that the entire production process has been respected and that the traceability of the data has been maintained.
