Pneumatic screwdrivers with open-ended hex head – TDGS Series

The TDGS series of pneumatic screwdrivers with an open-end hex head has been designed to assist operators in all nut-tightening operations on pipes, using an innovative pneumatic torque-controlled system. Gas pipes in hobs, brake fluid pipes, boiler pipework and coffee machine pipes are just a few examples of applications for the TDGS open-hex series, as these cannot be tackled using traditional tightening systems.

The innovative, patented realignment system guarantees maximum efficiency and time optimisation with very low operating costs compared to conventional systems.

The wide dimensional range to be drawn from applicable to two different motorisations (4-18Nm and 8-35Nm) make the TDGS series complete and flexible to meet any specific production requirement.
