Description

MOUNTZ’s PTT torque analyzer is a Portable torque analyzer connectable to torque angle translators and force sensors with ARCII technology which simplifies and speeds up quality documentation.

It is in effect an advanced solution for torque control, monitoring and traceability, the torque analyzer allows operators and engineers to promptly ensure product quality, safety and reliability in a variety of production environments. Portable torque transducers are designed for torque measurement, torque calibration, testing, auditing, or force and load measurement. Failure of a three-cent fastener that is not properly tightened can lead to catastrophic or latent failure.

  • It has a built-in transducer and can be connected to an external torque sensor
  • Selection of six operating modes: (Track, Peak, First Peak, Control, Spindle Control and Torque + Angle)
  • Seven units of torque measurements: (ozf.in, lbf.in, lbf.ft, cN.m, N.m, kgf.m, kgf.cm). Two units of force measurements: (lbf and kN)
  • Integrated functionality for instrument testing
  • Stores a total of 5000 data points
  • Real-time clock to indicate the time of the readings. USB interface for downloading readings to PC
  • Real-time graph of torque versus time using associated Windows PC software
  • The Go / No Go LEDs illuminate when the high or low setting is reached
  • Supplied with free ISO 17025 calibration certification
  • High-capacity lithium-ion batteries for long life (30 hours with standard torque sensors and 16 hours with brushless rotating sensors)
  • It can connect to most mv / v torque sensors and can store calibration data for up to 50 no-intelligent torque and force sensors
  • 5VDC functionality allows the unit to be used with a brushless rotating torque sensor to test pulse tools and high RPM tools
  • Torque and angle data are displayed simultaneously when used with Torque and Angle models, up to 8000 RPM for angle measurement
  • The display accuracy is +/- 0.0625 of the reading
  • Five low pass filter selections (3000, 2000, 1500, 500 and 200 Hz)
  • “Flash” memory allows users to perform updates in the field and over the Internet via the USB port
