Air balancers – BC2 up to 270Kg

ENDO air balancers are the ideal system for ergonomic movements within a production line. Air balancers are mainly used for pick and place operations, and allow for the cancellation of the handled load, making movement operations easier and smoother for operators.

The BC2 module is the ideal solution for those who need to handle two different weights with the same device: equipped with a pendant control with push-button panel, it allows the storage and handling of two different loads with different weights.

The low air consumption during use also makes the ENDO system the most efficient and environmentally friendly in its category.

ENDO EHB series air balancers can be configured and identified according to 3 parameters:

■ Connection or anchorage system: can be wheeled or hooked.

■ Type of body: can be with steel cable chain or double-pull chain – depending on the size of the body, the capacity of the system is determined.

■ Control module: to be chosen according to the specific need of the operation to be performed.

BC2 Type

Same features as the BC1 control, but adjustment is via a pendant pushbutton control that allows the storage and handling of two loads with different weights.
