Controller for electronic screwdrivers with transducer – TCS series for the precise control and monitoring of screwdriving tools in modern industrial assembly lines.

The TCS controller is designed to ensure complete control over industrial fastening processes, enabling advanced management of fastening tools and real-time analysis of production data.

Thanks to its integrated architecture, the controller enables continuous monitoring of clamping parameters, recording of results and full traceability of the production process. The operator interface is designed to be simple and intuitive, reducing set-up times and making it easy to use even in the most complex applications.

The system supports various tightening strategies, including torque control, angle control, torque-angle strategies and multi-step tightening, offering great operational flexibility to meet the needs of modern assembly lines.

Thanks to its ability to store a large number of programmes and results, the TCS controller enables continuous analysis and optimisation of the production process. Data can be exported via a USB port for analysis, archiving or integration with quality management systems.

 

Available Versions

TCS.2000 – Controller for low-torque tools

The TCS.2000 version is designed for controlling low-torque electronic screwdrivers:

• EHS series with a straight handle up to 15 Nm;
• Series EHA with angle handle up to 22 Nm.

TCS.2000B – Controller for high-torque tools and automation

The version TCS.2000B is designed for the management of tools with high torque and systems for tightening for automation, including:

• cordless screwdrivers (NRS Series with a straight handle up to 65 Nm, NRA Series with an angled handle up to 450 Nm);
• Series EFS spindles for clamping in automation applications up to 360 Nm.
