Electronic screwdrivers with transducer – EHS series with straight handle from Leetx enables the highest quality of the tightening process up to 15 Nm.
The EHS series incorporates an intelligent tightening system based on a servomotor and torque transducer, which enables real-time monitoring of the torque applied during tightening. Closed-loop control ensures stable and repeatable tightening, improving process quality and reducing operational errors.
The screwdrivers cover a torque range of 0.3 to 15 Nm, with speeds of up to 2500 rpm, ensuring high productivity in low-torque applications. The lightweight design and ultra-flexible cable improve ergonomics and facilitate continuous use on assembly lines.
Thanks to their precision in tightening to ±5% at 6σ, they represent an ideal solution for industrial applications that require process control of, reliability and traceability of operations.
